Mullah Muhammad General Secretary Leprosy, Tuberculosis & Blindness welfare association. Started his career at Mary Adelaide Leprosy Center Karachi as Junior Leprosy Technician during 1968. Due to his commitment and dedication to the cause of eradication of leprosy and the rehabilitation of those suffering from leprosy he has progressed to the position of Provincial Leprosy field officer for the province of NWFP. Due to his out standing performance he was awarded the highest civilian award of Pakistan by the President of Pakistan namely “Tamgha-e-Imtaiz” in 1996 and was recommended for Prince Mahidol Award by the Government of Pakistan in 2001.
